What are some of the sites where you can get a 'round the world' ticket? Is it expensive?

I was looking up this site today - http://www.roundtheworldflights.com
They mostly leave from UK. Still a pretty good deal.
Also, just googled and found Airtreks (out of San Fransisco and partner of Just Fares)
and aroundtheworldtickets.com - also in San Fran
They seem to be getting more sophisticated and I might try them. Anyone else have other experiences?
