Profile Information
- Please share at least one experience where you lived/worked in another country. The more specifc details you have, the better you'll help everyone else.
- Using my small Acer travel laptop, I'm currently working on web projects abroad in Central America, specifically Nicaragua. The hardest part is getting into a routine and getting connected to the Internet, and of course, following rules in other countries and cultures, getting payment, etc.
- What other websites or resources do you recommend?

- What factors do you consider when you want to live abroad? Consider - weather, quality of life, etc.
- Climate - too hot or too cold makes it hard to concentrate on work.
Access to Internet - must be reliable and fast enough to keep working.
Mail - sending packages and random things can be difficult in many countries, having reliable mail service is helpful.
Cost of Living -
Lower cost of living along with the other factors means higher potential return on my projects.
- What kind of work do you do, or what would you like to do? Example - I am a software developer by day, but I'd love to blog about scuba diving in Belize.
- I'm running a virtual business called Beer2Buds, where friends send each other beer remotely. I also do various web projects from Wordpress sites to fully custom coded sites. Also blogging about how to be an Anywhere Professional and work online as you extend your travels.
