How did you hear about LiveWorkAnywhere?
In a dream
Please share at least one experience where you lived/worked in another country. The more specifc details you have, the better you'll help everyone else.
In the Spring of 1997, I travelled abroad to Spain for a semester long study for my International Business degree. I was there for 6 months. Although my semester was paid for by my student loans, I had no spending money. The only way I could enjoy tapas and cerveza with friends was by finding a job. 'nativa da clases de ingles por horas' I posted at all the universities. For approx. 7 USD/ hour I taught private English lessons, all in all I had about 6 students. I wasn't certified, being native was enough. The best way to learn your own language is to teach it! I had a blast and my nights out were much more affordable, and I met some of the best people, made it through challenging times, and felt I could take it as a skill with me anywhere.

What factors do you consider when you want to live abroad? Consider - weather, quality of life, etc.
Weather is most important for me! I need hot sun for the beach, but I don't like humidity!! I want big city with great transportation and diversity. I want healthy food, great entertainment, and easy to get along. Langauge doesn't matter, I'll learn it.
What kind of work do you do, or what would you like to do? Example - I am a software developer by day, but I'd love to blog about scuba diving in Belize.
I am working for a startup in Operations, I would rather be working part time from the beach in Costa Rica with an online business, and the other half of the time I would be surfing.
If you had a plane ticket in your hand right now, what would be the destination?
Dubai

Ever since we created mobile technology and the ability to communicate across borders, remotely, we have dreamed about traveling without quitting our jobs.
